ManorGate is part of the national Neighborhood Watch program, which is a division of the National Sheriffs' Association. By participating in this program, ManorGate residents can take assist the authorities in crime prevention thorough neighborhood cohesiveness and collaboration. The ManorGate Neighborhood Watch is easy to join. After a training session, you may sign up for one week of the year where you will drive your car around the community each evening, checking out common areas, looking for anything out of the ordinary, and watching for unusual activity, etc. It's an easy way to contribute to your community with little effort. How to get ready for pick up:
Business hosted events will require a $100 fee to use the ManorGate Common area(s) or pool parking lot for no longer than 3 hours. This fee will enable you to utilize the stated parking lot/common area and outdoor outlets. Using the facilities restrooms (this does not include the pool restrooms and showers) will require an additional $30 cleaning fee.
